We are so excited to announce our first pop-up shop in Kendall Square opening February 1st for Valentine’s Day. Inspired by our beloved Pecan Clusters, the #ClustersofLove pop-up shop will be located at 1 Broadway in Cambridge, MA for just over two weeks, beginning February 1st and concluding February 17th. The first of its kind for EHChocolatier, the pop-up shop gives our chocolate-loving customers access to shop our award-winning bonbons and confections, and provides the opportunity to experience the product in person.
We’ve always dreamed of opening a retail shop since we started and this is a perfect opportunity to test the waters. 1 Broadway in Kendall is a perfect location to connect with our customers and meet new ones too.
The shop menu will include our Valentine’s Day collection, handmade bonbons, and confections including our Pecan Clusters: fresh pecans roasted in maple syrup and a touch of sea salt surrounded by soft Knob Creek Bourbon caramel and enrobed in a 70% dark chocolate and a sprinkle of fleur de sel.
There are so many candy makers and chocolatiers who make pecan clusters and they all kind of make it the same way. Details are surprisingly overlooked. Our Pecan Clusters are extraordinary pecan clusters because we take our products to a much higher and deeper level of experience and finish. We make what we want to eat.
The Valentine’s Day collection also featured at the February pop-up shop includes Bee Mine Hearts, red splashed dark chocolate hearts filled with a golden light caramel created from raw organic honey sourced from the tropical forests near the coast of Oaxaca, Mexico.
We’re looking forward to introducing our chocolates and confections to a greater community!
The Details
The pop-up shop will be located in Kendall Square, Cambridge at 1 Broadway. Hours of operation are from 11AM to 6PM Monday through Friday February 1st through February 17th. A special last-minute Valentine’s Day shopping event will occur Saturday, February 11th from 11AM to 6PM. At the conclusion of the pop-up shop, we will continue to sell our products online and from our kitchen in Somerville.
